Return Policy

At BlowOx, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every product. However, if you need to return an item, please carefully review the following conditions and process for returns:


Conditions of Return

  1. Notification Deadline
    Customers must notify BlowOx of their intention to return a product within 90 calendar days of the delivery date on the original order.

  2. Return Deadline
    Products must be shipped back within 10 business days of receiving the Return Material Authorization (RMA) from BlowOx.

  3. Restocking Fee

    • Products that have not been installed will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.
    • Mobile or portable products are also subject to a 25% restocking fee.
    • Products that have been installed or customized (e.g., custom paint or appearance packages) are final and non-refundable.
  4. Additional Fees

    • An additional service fee and/or parts replacement fee may be applied for returns involving missing components, damage incurred during shipment, or any modifications to the product.
    • These fees will vary depending on the material and labor costs required to repair or restore the product to its original condition.
  5. Non-Refundable Items

    • All sales of SWAG or branded gear are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process

  1. Contact Customer Service

    • Customers must contact BlowOx Customer Service by phone or by submitting an online request.
  2. Receive RMA and Shipping Instructions

    • Once the product’s return eligibility is confirmed and restocking fees are calculated, BlowOx will provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number along with the shipping address for the return.
  3. Customer Responsibility for Shipping

    • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back, including all insurance, freight, and other transportation charges.
    • Products must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. BlowOx is not responsible for damage caused during return shipping.
  4. Inspection Upon Receipt

    • Once the returned item is received, BlowOx will inspect it to confirm that no components are missing or damaged.
  5. Refund Process

    • After inspection, the purchase amount minus the restocking fee and the original shipping charges will be credited to the original billing account.
    • Refunds will be processed as follows:
      • If the billing account has a balance lower than the refund, the remaining funds will be refunded to the original payment method (e.g., credit card).
      • If applicable, a check for the remaining balance will be mailed to the billing address listed on the order.
