Cancellation Policy

At BlowOx, we understand that sometimes changes are necessary. Please carefully review our cancellation policy to understand the conditions and process for canceling an order.


Conditions

  1. Orders Already Shipped

    • If a standard order has already shipped before the cancellation request is received, the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee, the original shipping fee, and any additional fees such as reconsignments.
  2. Standard Orders

    • Standard orders can be canceled without penalty within five (5) business days of receiving the Sales Order Acknowledgment, provided the product has not yet shipped.
    • After 5 business days, canceled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
  3. Custom Orders

    • Orders for products with custom paintspecial appearance packages, or any element of special engineering are final and cannot be canceled after 24 hours of receiving the Sales Order Acknowledgment.

How to Cancel Your Order

  1. Contact Us

    • To cancel your order, contact your sales representative directly or reach out to BlowOx Customer Service via the phone number or email listed on your Sales Order Acknowledgment.
  2. Provide Necessary Details

    • Have your Sales Order Acknowledgment on hand before contacting us. This document was emailed to you when your order was processed.
  3. Confirmation of Cancellation

    • Once the eligibility for cancellation is determined and any applicable fees are calculated, BlowOx will provide written confirmation of the cancellation and update our records accordingly.

Important Notes

  • Orders that do not comply with the conditions above may not be eligible for cancellation.
  • Refunds for canceled orders will be issued minus any applicable fees.
